AthleteOSX gives athletes one place to find verified coaches, physios and nutritionists, book and pay them, and keep every report and conversation together. We designed and built the platform.

Overview

An athlete’s support team rarely works in one place. Reports sit in WhatsApp and email, payments are chased by hand, and a new coach starts without the history. AthleteOSX was started by a former professional footballer who had lived that problem.

The platform has two sides. Athletes build a profile, find verified professionals by speciality, location and language, book sessions and decide who can see their data. Professionals get verified, set their availability and prices, deliver reports and are paid automatically after each session.

It is built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel, with payments handled through Stripe Connect.

Separate sign-up, profiles and dashboards for athletes and for professionals.

Professionals upload credentials and licences for review and carry a visible badge once approved.
Discovery
Search by speciality, location, language, availability and price.

Sessions booked against real-time availability, with instant confirmation.
Payments and payouts
Card payment at booking and automatic payouts to professionals through Stripe Connect.
Reports
Report templates with e-signature and watermarking, kept on one timeline per athlete.
Data permissions
Athletes grant and revoke access to their data, professional by professional.
Team chat and AI assistant
Messaging across an athlete’s whole support team, and an assistant that answers training questions and drafts reports.
