Who we are

Brnded17 (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of Brnded17 LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are a web, software and marketing agency with our office at Sobha Ivory Tower 1, Office 902, Dubai. Our registration details are at the foot of this page.

What we collect and why

When you contact us. The contact form on this site opens a message in your own email app. The site itself does not store what you type. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your project. We use this to reply, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work.

When you book a call. Bookings are taken through Calendly, which collects your name, email address and chosen time on our behalf.

When you browse the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested. These are used to deliver the site and keep it secure. Once per visit the site also checks which country your connection comes from, so that visitors in the European Union see prices in euros. We keep only the result, in your browser until you close it, not the country itself.

Analytics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are and how you reached the site. We use this to understand which pages are useful. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. See our cookie policy.

Your display preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser. It is not sent to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business, each of which processes data on our behalf:

• Vercel, for hosting
• Google Workspace, for email
• WhatsApp, for the messages you send us
• Calendly, for bookings
• Google Analytics, only with your consent

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as UAE tax law requires business records to be kept, which is currently up to seven years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to analytics at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Email info@brnded17.com and we will reply within 30 days.

These rights are set out in the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, in the GDPR.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
