Why it matters
A client portal takes the questions your team answers all day, such as where is my order, what does my plan include, can I have a copy of that document, and lets clients answer them themselves.
We build portals on the same records your staff work from. Nothing is copied between systems, so what the client sees is always current.

Questions
Client portals in Dubai, answered
How much does a client portal cost?
Client portals start from AED 25,000. The quote is fixed after a discovery call, with a 50% deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
Can clients pay or subscribe through the portal?
Yes. A portal can take one-off payments and recurring membership payments, billed monthly or annually.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?
If we built your CRM or operations system, the portal runs on the same database. For other systems it depends on what they allow, which we check during discovery.
How is client data protected?
Each client signs in with a verified email or phone number and sees only their own records. Staff access is separate and based on role.
